Acceptance of the Club Rules
By accessing Granite Spin Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform offers completely free social casino-style games intended solely for amusement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not play.
Age Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age to play our games, except in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec where the minimum age is 18. Granite Spin Club strictly prohibits underage usage of our simulated gambling products.
No Real Money Gambling Allowed
All games hosted on Granite Spin Club are strictly free-to-play. Frost Shards hold absolutely no real-world value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn for cash, prizes, or credit under any circumstances.
Virtual Currency Regulations
Players are granted a generous starting balance of Frost Shards to enjoy Bonspiel Spins and Glacier Drop. This balance is entirely virtual and resets if your local browser storage is cleared. No real-money purchases are possible on this site.
Intellectual Property Rights
The alpine world, mascot Skip the owl, and the unique mechanics of Bonspiel Spins and Glacier Drop are the exclusive property of Granite Winter Entertainment Ltd. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce our assets without written permission.
Acceptable Use of the Platform
Users agree not to use bots, exploits, or automated scripts to manipulate their Frost Shards balance or cheat the games. Granite Spin Club is provided for casual, human entertainment only. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Limitation of Liability
Granite Spin Club is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any technical issues, server downtime, or browser crashes that result in a loss of your virtual Frost Shards balance. Play is entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising from your use of Granite Spin Club will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta.
